Production
The plant was designed to adapt perfectly to the rhythms dictated by the plant. This means that the tomato sauce begins to be produced when the fruit has reached its complete and optimal ripeness, without stopping in the squares which rapidly deteriorate its quality.
Each transformation takes place in a simple and genuine way because the company’s philosophy has always been to reproduce on a large scale what is done in the best home kitchens. The recipes used are varied, from the simplest and most traditional, such as the basil sauce, to the more elaborate and refined ones, such as the porcini sauce.
