The Graffignana Agricultural Company is a historical reality of our territory: since the nineteenth century, four generations have succeeded in running the breeding of dairy cattle and in the cultivation of vegetables.

From modern stables, Italian “Friesian” and “Brown” cattle, the fresh raw materials that are the basis of a fine production of meat and dairy products including
they include spiced caciotte, primo sale cheese, fresh ricotta, yogurt, pudding. To all this is added the production of artisanal preserves made with their seasonal products.
