Salumificio Gagliardi, born in 1934, has reached 80 years of activity in the artisan production of typical Piacenza salami. Founder since 1971 of the Consorzio Salumi Tipici Piacentini, he obtained the DOP certification for Piacenza coppa, pancetta and salami, in compliance with the strict regulations of the European community. Respect for tradition, innovation of processing technologies and particular attention to compliance with health and hygiene standards, allow us to maintain the high quality level of our products.
Production
Production is essentially concentrated on traditional Piacenza products: PDO Piacenza coppa, PDO Piacenza pancetta, PDO Piacenza salami for direct sale on the national market. Another salami on which production focuses is “il Farnese”, a traditional small-sized salami.
