Coltivia was born in 1977 with the creation of CUCINA VIVA puppets in the shape of spices and vegetables and a line of condiments based on apple vinegar, lemon, oils. In 1982, the historic PREMIATA DITTA A.PASZKOWSKY brands and the famous POMO candies sold in pharmacies were acquired. The culinary passion of the various families that own Coltivia has always been the harbinger of innovative products: the Rebecchi and Fontana families.
The artisan heart was born in Valtrebbia with the production of PASTICCERIA Maria Fontana: a line of chocolates to be savored slowly following a magical sensory journey, a line of sugared almonds suitable for any event, the precious jellies with 60% fruit and in the period in winter the precious Marrons glaces. The Maria Fontana biscuit line was the last born with the collaboration of the Mastro Biscotterie Alessandro Traverso who created a line of exclusive biscuits by expertly mixing butter with high quality pastry ingredients. Finally, the COLTIVIA ELISIR DI NATURA line lightly salted and toasted legumes, salted toasted dried fruit combined with freeze-dried products, mixes for salads and mixes for hamburgers are just some samples of the products created in our laboratory located in Rivergaro at the foot of the Valtrebbia hills.
