A guided tasting of Piacenza PDO cured meat products is scheduled on 14th September at 11 am at Region Emilia Romagna stand (Hall 16 – stand A41/D48). Ms. Alessandra Scansani, is participanting as a representative of Consortium of Typical Piacenza Cured Meats.
The tasting will be introduced by Daniele De Leo (agronomist and an expert of food and wine culture). The characteristics of our products and some aspects of the certification will be discussed in details.
