The Panificio Sala was founded in the late 60s when Attilio, with the subsequent support of his wife, started what is now a well-established bakery throughout the province of Piacenza and Parma. In ’94 his son Alberto, with tenacity and determination, joined his father to further develop the business.
Attilio’s experience and Alberto’s resourcefulness led to the construction of the new bakery with the most modern equipment in 2006; even now Alberto carries on his father’s business using the teachings of a long tradition of craftsmanship, but also making use of new technologies.
To date, the bakery is very well established and continues to expand both in terms of production volumes and product offerings, including a wide range of desserts (more than 100), many types of bread, a wide choice of savory products including pizzas, focaccia and dry products (crackers, bread sticks, croutons, sticks, etc.).
As a last step, the bakery has obtained the Bio certification for various types of bread and sweets.
