BStradi Bottega Contemporanea is the contemporary “bottega” (small artisanal shop) that carries the ancient Emilian tradition of hand making pasta. We are Susanna, Angela and Isabella, the mind, hands and heart of BStradi.
BStradi was born on the 1st of May 2021, after three months of programming, sketching and thinking about how to respond to a market that was asking more of food delivery.
Our main business revolves around the production of handmade pasta, which is the same that you can find at the restaurant “Stradivarius”, where we have our lab. Alongside with the pasta we have created a selection of sauces, pestos and creams to be paired with our pasta or used to create appetizers. We work with small farmers that serve us with fresh and seasonal vegetables to be used for our products.
