Consortium Piacenza Alimentare is taking part with a group of member companies at SIAL 2010 (Paris, 17-21 October).
The show is one of the biggest event in Europe, together with Anuga, for the food and beverage sector. As usual the Italian collective organised the Italian Trade Commission is very large: 263 companies for an overall surface of 4.700 sq.m.
