From the Anuga International Fair, recognized as the most important internationally for the food and beverage sector, the direct testimonies of the Associates.
Emiliana Conserve, Steriltom, Salumificio San Carlo, Tomitaly, Molino Dallagiovanna, La Pizza +1, Musetti, Ma-Vi Trade have taken stock of the participation, which was positive for the level of selected buyers and interest. Satisfaction also for the other companies present: Formec Biffi, Polenghi, Valcolatte.
Thanks to its position, the Piacenza Alimentare Consortium also gave visibility at its institutional stand to Salumificio Peveri Carlo, Riverfrut, Frescolat, Copap and Cascina Pizzavacca.
The Anuga showcase was also chosen by Ma-Vi Trade and Latteria Sociale to launch their new brand: “Terre del Magnifico”.
Also present were Salumificio San Michele, Citres and San Nicola Prosciuttificio del Sole.
