"Un mare di sapori" (An Ocean of Taste) continues. The 2007 summer event offers more opportunities to taste the excellent typical food products of region Emilia Romagna (for more information , please vist the website: http://www.unmaredisapori.com/).
A tasting of Piacenza PDO cured meat products is scheduled on 21/22 September and on 28/29 September, from 6 pm to 11 pm, in Viale Ceccarini – Riccione.
The three-year long project is promoted and sponsored by Region Emilia Romagna, Unioncamere, local Authorities, the Regional Wine Shop in Dozza (BO), the Consortia for the protection of typical food products, the "Routes of Wines and Flavours" Association.
