Consortium Piacenza Alimentare coordinated the presence of a group of food companies at the international exhibition TUTTOFOOD (Milan, 10/13 June) .
With over 1550 exhibiting companies, the second edition of Tuttofood recorder 50.000 visitors from over 60 different countries.
Consortium Piacenza Alimentare, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Piacenza, coordinated and sponsored the presence of 11 member compnaies: Consortium Salumi DOP piacentini (PDO cured meat products", 3G Salsanatura (mayonnaise and sauces), Berni Alimentare (vegetable preserves), CO.PAD.OR. (tomato preserves), Torrefazione Musetti (coffee), Riverfrut (vegetables), Rebecchi F.lli Valtrebbia (cake decorating items, sweets), La Pizza + 1 (fresh pizza and focaccia), Salumificio Pianellese (cured meats), Valcolatte (cheese), Giuseppe Verdi 2008 (cheese).
Some companies took the occasion to launch their new products on the international market: "Pizzacrock", the new microwavable fresh pizza by La Pizza + 1 was included in the "Innovative products" selection; Salumificio San Carlo and Riverfrut presented a new packaging contains grilled (o steamed) vegetables and pre-sliced cured meat products, for a quick and healthy snack.
