Excellent dairy products such as spicy caciotta, first-salt cheese, fresh ricotta, yogurt, pudding. Cultivation of vegetables and artisanal preserves.
All this, and much more, has for generations been the work of passion and effort of the Losi family at the head of the Società Agricola Graffignana.
