Gallettificio Valtidone was born from the union of two farms of Borgonovo Valtidone’s land. The young owners Alberto Vignati and Laura Cignatta were able to understand the needs of a clientele oriented to the organic and natural food. The natural and tasty crackers born from the fields of corn, rice and buckwheat (shortly also the oan), and are ideal for aperitif and breakfast.
