At the Piazzetta Piacenza there has been another success for our typical products. In particular, yesterday the absolute protagonist was the Italian PDO coppa (air-cured pork meat): in the afternoon, the Consortium “Salumi DOP piacentini” (PDO cold cuts from Piacenza) organized a tasting that was highly appreciated by visitors.
