Piacentine food and wine excellences find a place of honor at the new Ducato Restaurant, inaugurated on May 18, 2017 – annexed to Grande Albergo Roma. The restaurant proposes a card that is typical of the typical products and the “km 0” niche products, and also the important partnership with the Consorzio Piacenza Alimentare.
On the menu, for each dish, the names of local companies that provide raw materials are specified, which can also be purchased directly at the restaurant.
