In a few days the flavours of our territory have reached both China and the US. This has been possible thanks to two initiatives promoted by the Consortium “Piacenza Alimentare”.
The first one, realized in collaboration with “Emilia-Romagna” Region in the context of the “Imprese a porte aperte” project, dealt with the arrival of an Hong Kong delegation who had the possibility to get to know and taste several local excellences, in particular liquor and chocolate.
The second initiative is represented by the famous Summer Fancy Food Show (28th – 30th June) in New York, where some associated companies are showing their delicacies in a global showcase.
