The Consortium Piacenza Alimentare attended a meeting, organized by Province of Piacenza, to discuss the possibility to take part in the 15th International Craft trade-fair "L'Artigiano in fiera" (Milan, 4/12 Dec 2010) with a group of companies from Piacenza.
That Chamber of Commerce of Piacenza allocated an ad hoc grant to promote the participation in this event.
Here follows the proposal outlined during the meeting:
• The stand size is between 9 and 16 m2;
• the cost of this area (including fitted carpet, walls, lightning, electricity supply and signs) is about 250 euro per m2 (plus registration fee);
• The Chamber of Commerce of Piacenza offers a flat-rate grant of about € 700 to exhibiting companies (for the first 20 applications).
The exhibiting companies shall provide for the stand equipment and support-staff at their costs. A common stand equipment will be chosen during a specific meeting with the interested companies.
The collective stand will be organized if at least 10 companies submit their application; this would save all exhibitors about € 240 on the registration fee.
