The Emilia-Romagna Region characterizes the Consortia for Internationalization through a special qualification tool consisting of institutional accreditation.
With a view to constantly improving its organizational standards and the services offered to its members, the Consortium participates in this institutional accreditation process promoted by the Emilia Romagna Region to select consortia for internationalization on the basis of a precise specification characterized by a articulated set of requirements.
This accreditation process is divided into two levels, respectively a first level so-called “Entry”, and a second “Advanced”.
Accreditation is aimed at assessing the efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability of the consortium activities. Obtaining this accreditation is a necessary condition and allows the Consortium to participate in the calls for funding promoted by the E.R. In addition to this, accredited consortia may also:
be selected as specialized partners of the Emilia Romagna Region for internationalization initiatives;
be included in annual promotional programs and regional initiatives with greater added value.
The Piacenza Alimentare Consortium has already obtained accreditation at the last level, the so-called “Advanced level”, from the Region itself.
Responsible and contact person for Accreditation in the E.R. is the Director Daniele Ghezzi.
