The eighth edition of the Sirha Budapest trade fair will take place from March 5th to 7th at the “Hungexpo” exhibition center. This trade fair event is dedicated to the agri-food sector, including the confectionery industry, baking industry, and the Ho.Re.Ca sector.
The 2022 edition saw the participation of 376 exhibitors and approximately 24,000 visitors. Italian products are highly appreciated by Hungarian consumers and hold significant importance. Additionally, one of the main themes of the eighth edition will be Italian-style gelato, for which there will be a competition called the “Gelato festival,” organized in collaboration with Italy.
