"Prodexpo 2009", the biggest food fair for the eastern European and Balkan countries, was held in Moscow loast week from 9th to 13th February 2009. Some wine producers from Piacenza (Torre Fornello, Il Poggiarello, Cantine 4 Valli, Ferrari & Perini, Cantina Valtidone) also took part in the event with the financial and techinical support of Consortium Piacenza Alimentare.
This exhibition is one of the most important and consolidated in this sector. In 2008, there were 2000 exhibitors and over 45.000 visitors from all around the world.
The exhibition included several international collective pavilion including Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, France, China, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Kazakhstan and many more.
