Consortium Piacenza Alimentare recently invited its member companies to submit their application to exhibit in a series of international food exhibitions, which are taking place in Italy and abroad during 2009.
The list includes 15 specialised exhibitions in four different areas (North America, Russia, Asia and Arab countries):

According to the applications received, Consortium is organising a series of collective stands and each member company will be given one or more individual booths (10-16 sq. m.). Consortium is offering organisational support (rental of area and equipment, shipping of samples, etc) and is also contributing from the financial point of view covering 30-40% of total expenses.

Consortium Piacenza Alimentare is also examining other types initiatives to promote Piacenza food products abroad, such as workshops, business meetings in Italy and aborad, promotional actions in collaborations with retail chains, market researches, etc.
