A very busy schedule is waiting for Piacenza Alimentare member companies after summer holidays.
SEPTEMBER:
The first appointment is SANA (Bologna, 11/14 September), the Italian not-to-be-missed event for those who interested in organic and natural products. Some Piacenza companies are exhibiting (Az. Agr. Terre di Sangiorgio, G.T.C. S.r.l., Corte Bernuzzo Soc. Agr., Dolceterra Soc. Agr. Coop.) offering a wide range of products: tomato preserves, raw cane sugar (Panela), pasta, wine, honey, cheese and other dairy products.
OCTOBER:
Colli Piacentini CDO wines will be presented during the Wine Tasting organised by the Italian Trade Commission in Mexico (Mexico City, 7 October/ Gualajara, 9 October).
Sixteen associate companies are exhibiting at SIAL (Paris, 19/23 October), the most important international food fair (besides Anuga and Cibus) attracting food business operators from all over the world.
Some associate companies are taking part in the business meeting scheduled in Tirana on 29th October and organised by the local Italian Trade Commission office.
Eventually, another important event for our wine producers: Vinitaly US Tour (Chicago, New York, Washington, 27/30 October). We would like to remind all member companies they can subscribe untile 10th September.
NOVEMBER:
Great Wine Tasting in Canada (Montreal/Toronto/Quebec City, 3/5/6 November), organised by the Italian Trade Commission.
Vinitaly Japan (Tokyo, 17 November) and Vinitaly China (Pechino/Shanghai/Macau, 19/22 November). Information on costs and subscription terms and conditions wiil be online soon (application deadline: 22nd September).
Our food specialties will be presented during two business meetings organised by the Italian Trade Commission. The first one is taking place in London on 4th November and four associate companies are taking part in it (La Pizza + 1 S.r.l., Salumificio Pianellese S.r.l. e Salumificio San Carlo S.p.A.); the second one is taking place in Bucharest on 18th November (member companies can subscribe until 26th September).
