Piacenza Alimentare took part in the selection organised by the buyers of GUM, the famous Moscow's shopping arcade on the Red Square, in view of a promotional month (15 May to 14 June) in favour of Italian food products and wines.

"Gastronom 1", GUM's historical food department, has been completely renewed and it recently reopened after 15 years. The Italian food products that will pass the selection will be displayed in this area, in GUM's third arcade. Given the importance, the popularity and the central position of the location, the event is certainly attracting many qualified customers.
The initiative is promoted by the Italian Trade Commission Moscow office with the aim of promoting a wide range of Italian food products and wines among local consumers.
The idea is to buy exclusive brands and product lines from different Regions of Italy, focusing on those products which are not yet available on the Russian market.
