From June 28th to July 3rd, the Velodrome of Fiorenzuola (Province of Piacenza, Italy) will host the “sei giorni delle rose” (six days of the roses), an international cycling event with athletes of 36 different nationalities.
There will be a chance to meet Olympic champions, watch entertainment shows, taste DOC wines selected from the best cellars or to drink a cold beer on the track, to dine in the parterre’s restaurant or in the athletes’ one and to appreciate parades and dances.
In addition, there will be the opportunity to taste delicious typical cured meats from the Province of Piacenza that will be provided by Salumificio La Rocca (http://www.salumificiolarocca.it/index.php/en/).
Admission is free and during the evening of Sunday 28th there will be musical fireworks.
