Production
The top specialty is called “pesca dolce” (sweet peach) and is made of two alkermes or lemon liquor soaked biscuits filled with chocolate or lemon cream. All the products are obtained from carefully selected raw materials (flour, eggs, butter…) and do not contain any preservative.
