Production
Export: DOP cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano, Sovrano®, Provolone, Gorgonzola, Taleggio, Pecorino, Asiago, Montasio, Fontina, Mozzarella di Bufala, Burrata, Ricotta and Mascarpone. In addition to a selection of artisan, alpine, and refined gourmet cheeses.
Import: Mozzarella for pizza, Dutch, French, German and northern European cheeses.
